  3. Lowe's Home Improvement: @rjal1973 Thanks for the feedback on the table. We do have written instructions. You can find them here: bit. ly/pRek6I (Please remove the space from the URL first). Post a picture of it to our Facebook page when it’s finished. We’d love to see it.
  4. Nene's Kitchen Uk: That is a very useful video. I love the way that the benches dip in the middle to allow for the bottom to be comfortable. I shall be using this video as reference when assembling my very own dining set for my new kitchen.
  5. Fig’s Workshop: Not too shabby Lowe’s, not too shabby....
  6. Lowe's Home Improvement: We're sorry, but we do not see a reference to 12" tiles. Either. Thanks for visiting Lowe's on YouTube.
  7. wolfaru: how did i get here from insidious?
  8. Gage: James Porter is a good day
  9. Hunter: How do you connect the pieces of the table top? Would pocket holes keep a woodshop bench together?
  10. Nolan Hughes: I like this idea. But I needed a foldable table
  11. bryson mckinnon: you could just screw from the top of the table and use wood filler and sand it down
  12. xxdjcharlierockxx: looks awesome
  13. Raffi M: Can'T find the plans... link without space is not working
  14. David Jimenez: will this be strong enough to hold a concrete slab top? maybe 1" to 1.5" thick?
  15. Lowe's Home Improvement: @cam7932011 A link to the instructions for this project is listed in the description area for this video. Material options suggested for this project is as follows: Wood: pine, poplar, aspen, or maple Tile: 12"-square tiles of your choice Again more details may be found within the instructions that are posted. Thank you for watching the Lowe’s YouTube Channel. –Lowe’s

  18. gg m: Très bien continué comme ça❤❤❤❤😚
  19. Brian Quinn: @NJEsperantist what would you use other than pocket screws?
  20. Muthuvel S: Medium in the table
  21. James Porter: Minde craf
  22. Anthony Brodaric: The cut list is not in the link. Where can I find it?
  23. Rob Lopez: Where are the plans?
  24. Henry rohenwiri: Wuau si tuviera un Kreg Jig seria tan fácil hacerlo, excelente video.
  25. Queen Rexy: I really don't know much about woodworking, so I could be wrong. But with a pocket screw it's going with the grain and therefore allows the wood to move along the screw as it expands or contracts. But with a typical screw joint, you're running it perpendicular to the grain so the wood is hitting up against it, and the tension causes it to split. It's like the difference between a ramp and a wall. You can move up one but not the other.
  26. Madhav Humagain: Licks projects
  27. Chris Martin: Nope, they're just a quick way to joint 2 pieces of wood. They are super convenient and useful for face frames, or joining pieces where the grain is going in the same direction. But in this case, the table top wants to move sideways but if it's screwed to the aprons it can't, so it will warp/crack. It's not guaranteed to happen if the environment the table is in never changes humidity, but it's likely to.
  28. kidsarthub: very clear explanations
  29. Lowe's Home Improvement: Yes. It should hold it fine. Thanks for watching the Lowe's YouTube Channel. -Lowe's
  30. Roshawn Sims: I just made the benches for my thanksgiving table I built. They came out really nice but remember that depending on size they are a little heavy. I made mine counter height and 4 feet long with 2x10 lumber.
  31. Lowe's Home Improvement: Hi Daniel! Click the link in the description for all the cut lists and dimensions.
  32. Queen Rexy: I thought the point of pocket screws were to allow the wood to expand and contract with moisture changes.
  33. J Griffin: Lowe's Home Improvement do I have to use pocket holes cause I don't feel it's necessary
  34. Lowe's Home Improvement: +Hunter c detailed directions including a project diagram are available here: http://www.lowes.com/creative-ideas/kitchen-and-dining/diy-dining-set/projectThanks for watching our video
  35. Dave Rutan: Not a big fan of pocket screws.
  36. jimbolee72: What is the finish you used for the frame and top please???
  37. اموري الحجي الخزعلي: Possible name of the page on Facebook I am from Iraq and I want to know
  38. Chris Martin: Do NOT screw a table top to the aprons with pocket hole screws. You are just asking for trouble when the top wood moves due to moisture changes. Z-clips or table top fasteners are what you need to use.
  39. Daz Furniture: helpful
  40. theeachuisge: How to fix a wobbly table which has even legs? It vibrates side to side (in both ways) when i even try to write something slowly on it. It looks like simple Ikea office tables..
  41. erlinda ortiz: now i can do it by myself, thank you....
